Recently Utsunomiya is very famous for "gyoza" (éLŽq), originally from the Chinese dish "chiaotzu." Utsnomiya Gyoza was diffused by repatriates from Manchuria (Northern China). It started from one Gyoza stall (‰®‘ä) in 1953. |
