The process

  1. via uses of Web site listings and search engines.
    such as (list): K-12 from Japan

  2. (1)software for collection ("auto-pilot software")
    "Purman Surfer ver.1.0" (produced by B.U.G), to get Web pages of selected sites into local disk.
    (2)software for repairment
    "Local Internet Builder(LIB) ver0.82" (produced by Kengo Tsurumi), to hierarchically reproduce manually browsed pages using Netscape Cash in a folder on a local disk

  3. All of the pages were then examined by looking at them manually, to categorize the contents of each site into such preset frameworks
