Language: (Japanese and/or English)

About 40% of junior and senior high schools prepared pages in English also, because English is a part of their curriculum. English only sites were by American schools stationed in Japan. Elementary pupils would suffer from difficult Chinese (Kanji) characters even when a page uses Japanese.
